Thomas Payne | President and CEO

Thomas Payne is the President and CEO of Stranix with more than 30 years of training, change management, operations management and business process experience. Mr. Payne has an extensive consulting background from Coopers & Lybrand, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and IBM Business Consulting Services. Previously, he successfully managed IBM’s global automotive industry learning practice with a focus on managed solutions.  His success may be attributed to his superb management and leadership skills, understanding of the impact of change on the organization, knowledge of methodology, project team and end-user communities.  Mr. Payne demonstrates the ability to transform theory to practice on large, complex projects. He has a passion for excellence relating to performance improvement, training and education and an understanding of the needs of key stakeholders.

Anjali Dighe | Director of Government Relations

Ms. Anjali Dighe is the Director of Government Relations at Stranix bringing over 10 years of Business Operations and Management experience. Her knowledge of running the high level internal operations of companies coupled with her experience in dealing with high volume sales and marketing has enabled her to demonstrate strong management skills in the financial, operational, human resource and sales realms. She has successfully taken small struggling companies to profiting entities through financial streamlining and capital management. Ms. Dighe’s dedication and passion to expanding her leadership and management methods through professional development programs and community leadership affiliations has contributed to the continued growth and success of her colleagues and the company.
